Job Description:
The Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's payroll processing in multiple countries, ensuring that all employee payroll is in compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires working closely with internal teams and external vendors to improve the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the payroll processing process worldwide.
Ensure that payroll is calculated accurately and paid on time.
Analyze payroll data, provide improvement suggestions, and improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate and resolve payroll-related questions or issues.
Maintain the latest payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources management, accounting, or finance.
At least 5 years of global payroll management experience.
Familiar with labor laws and tax regulations in multiple countries.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Ability to use advanced payroll management systems and technical tools.
